Ad Hoc Support
Is your computer making strange noises, or broken entirely? Are you worried that you’ve lost your data? Has your internet gone down and you have no idea why?
If you encounter any sort of problem with your IT, don’t worry: we can solve it quickly and effectively with our ad hoc support. Call our help desk for free, and if it’s not a simple fix, one of our expert IT engineers will be on-hand to have you back up and running in no time.
Our ad hoc support is charged on a half-hourly basis. We’ll come on-site if necessary, but if we can solve the problem remotely, it will cost you less!

Fully Managed IT
Also known as the ‘peace of mind’ package, our fully managed IT service will take all the hassle of IT off your shoulders. We run a full audit of your IT infrastructure and then tailor a cost-effective package based on your needs, providing your business with our full, unlimited support.
By optimising your current infrastructure and implementing budget-friendly solutions wherever necessary, we will ensure that your IT is as good as it can be. This may include work on your cyber security, cloud solutions, network and more. Ultimately, the goal is to make your business as efficient and secure as possible.
Our managed IT service also involves a 24/7 monitoring of your network, which will allow us to catch any issues before they develop into critical problems. This proactive approach to your IT means you will no longer have to endure unnecessary periods of downtime, and it will completely free up your time to focus on your business, rather than on slow computers!
This service is covered by a bespoke, cost-efficient monthly retainer. All support (including labour) of your current equipment will be covered by this fee. If you are interested in acquiring upgrades, there will be an additional charge – but as verified partners of the likes of Microsoft and Dell, we can secure you great deals on new software and equipment.

Cyber Security is one of our top priorities here at MTS. We will of course get you your Cyber Essentials certification, and continuously make sure you are fully protected against all forms of cyber attacks.
Is your help desk really free?
Yes! You can call our experts and get answers to your questions free of charge. However, if we end up doing any remote or manual support work, we do charge for that – but you will of course always be notified of any costs before we proceed.
What size of business do you support?
Typically we work with businesses that employ anywhere between 5 and 50 people, but we are happy to talk to businesses of any size to see if, and how, we can help!
How easy is it to change managed IT providers?
