Why move away from projectors?
All G-Touch screens are anti-glare and are visible in any environment, including brightly-lit classrooms. Moving away from projectors, there is no need to worry about closing the curtains, casting shadows onto the display area or having to re-calibrate the technology. The LED technology itself has proved to be a more energy-efficient and cost-saving alternative to projectors in addition to having no need for replacement lamps.
Interactive touchscreens are a huge part of learning in todays education. Whether in the classroom or a meeting room this digital whiteboard is perfect. In education it can be used to encourage interactivity with the children as an interactive touchscreen is often exciting to them rather then a traditional interactive whiteboard with just a pen. Interactive touchscreens can be used for more then just education however. Video conferencing can be displayed onto a touch screen or students can present their work in front of peers and teachers.
An interactive touchscreen means no projector is required meaning less services needed, just occasional software updates. In a classroom the touchscreens are often favoured because there is so little upkeep required with it and less potential difficulties making it easier to use in a school. Software updates often take maximum of half an hour and can be scheduled for outside of school learning time. They work by syncing up with your computer and displaying your screen. Education has really taken a step forward with the use of interactive touchscreen, especially as children grow more used to using touchscreens at home. The range of touchscreen products is ever growing and has changed how we contact and engage with the word.
